How to Create Your Desired Reality

Our life can be whatever we set out to make it, but we must set intention, set goals and prime the brain to believe that the reality we want already exists and we must live from that space.  Doing this sounds difficult but there are extremely simple things we can do each and everyday to manifest our desired reality. With time, consistent effort and clear goals we can turn a dream into a physical reality.

Before we go any further let’s look at one concept that i believe trumps everything else when it comes to creating the life we truly want. “We need to align what we think with what we say and what we say with what we do.” All too often we think a certain way but what comes out of our mouth does not match what we think, and our actions do not map to our thoughts, this can cause us to live in a state of cognitive dissonance. When we live from this space thoughts, words and actions do not align and we create internal stress or tension.

So the question is how do  we create alignment between what we think, what we say and what we do. The rest of this post will be a practical guide for things we can do to create alignment between these three things and create the reality we dream of.

Step 1
Become clear with your goals and write them down. Leech out the external noise and create goals that fulfill you and give your life meaning. Once you have done this set yearly goals, align these yearly goals with monthly goals align monthly goals with weekly goals and set goals each and everyday which align with your yearly goals. Review your day every night before bed this helps bring conscious awareness to your daily routines and habits which allows you to be aware of the decisions you are making everyday and if these are helping or hindering you on route to your goals.

Step 2
Use Affirmations to prime your brain. Affirmations are a programing tool for the brain that helps you create the right mental environment to achieve lofty goals.  Napoleon Hill stated, “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it is possible to achieve.” In the achieve part of this, you must prepare your mind as you take action toward your goal. Every morning when i wake up i write “ i am chasing my dream, manifesting my desired reality and growing rich in mind and body” affirmations allow us to get out of negative thought patterns and create an internal environment which is conducive to manifesting the reality we desire. What are you trying to accomplish in life? come up with an affirmation that can help you on your journey.

Step 3
Start! Whether you want to lose 20 pounds, become great at meditating or start the business of your dreams the main thing you need to do is just start. Society tell us to wait, wait until you have enough money, enough time, enough knowledge. We can formulate an array of excuses all of which seem justified.  We must realize There is never a perfect time; we can always find an excuse as to why the circumstances are not ideal.  Start now with the resources you have and allow your physical, mental, spiritual or business goal to naturally unfold without waiting for the ” perfect time” 

Step 4
Be mindful of your thoughts, make sure they align with what you say and make sure what you say aligns with what actions you take. #JoinTheTribe
